I also would like to support the proposed constitutional amendment to anchor the NG-CDF, the NGAAF Fund and the Senate Oversight Fund into the Constitution. The National Government Constituencies Development Fund is the best thing that ever happened to this country. So, it must be protected, defended and celebrated.
