    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also contribute to this Motion. I would like to start by thanking Hon. Chepkong’a for reviving this Motion, which was brought to this House more than one year ago. The NG-CDF has been fought by individuals or groups of individuals who were getting a lot of money from donors under the pretext that they were paying fees for vulnerable children. So, this is the only route that will make those people not to interfere with NG-CDF. As it has been said, NG-CDF has done a lot of work in the constituencies and, therefore, it must be protected. If you go out here, everybody will tell you to protect NG-CDF because it is the only Fund that has done projects in the rural areas. So, it is important that NG-CDF, NGAAF, and the Senate Oversight Fund be protected by entrenching them in the Constitution. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
