    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. Looking at the proposed introduction, I must express my satisfaction with this amendment. In a world where the significance of intellectual property is becoming clearer and gaining interest from many, I am particularly pleased with sub-clause (d), which addresses the need to expedite intellectual property registration procedures. The individuals most likely to use this platform are generally young people who have demonstrated a tendency to be somewhat impatient in the past. The provision in this law that focuses on speeding up property registration is very progressive. I hope it will address the issues of intellectual property and trademarks, for the young people who are willing to invest in this particular sector. So, I fully support it."
