    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, if you refer to clause 34A (2), you will find a commendable provision. This clause not only addresses penalties, but also states that, in addition to any penalty mentioned in subsection 1, the court may order or prohibit the doing of any act to stop a continuing contravention. It is important to note that when cases go to court, individuals sometimes continue to derive benefits from their misconduct while the wheels of justice turn slowly. Therefore, clause 34A (2) is a progressive measure that can effectively help in prohibiting any ongoing violations. For this reason, I support this amendment."
