I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting the long title and substituting therefor the following new long title— “AN ACT of Parliament to provide a framework to support growth and sustainable technological development and transfer, innovative entrepreneurial culture; to create an environment for innovation; to attract talent and capital from Kenya; to recognise and to support start- ups, incubators, accelerators; and for connected purposes” The justification is to widen the scope of the application of the Act.
