    "content": "THAT, clause 5 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1)— (i) in paragraph (a) by deleting the word “welfare” and substituting therefor the word “rights”; (ii) in paragraph (c) by inserting the words “and compulsory” immediately after the word “free”; (iii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f)— (g) ensure inclusion of persons with disabilities in all mainstream programs and interventions. (b) in sub-clause (2), by inserting the words “responsible for matters relating to persons with disabilities” immediately after the words “committee member” appearing in the opening statement; and, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for informationpurposes only.
