Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, clause 66 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “two hundred thousand shillings” and substituting therefore the words “one million shillings”. The justification is that the proposed amendment seeks to enhance the penalty for the offence of degrading the treatment of persons with disabilities."
