"content": "They should not waste our time or the President’s time. The President has a prerogative to hire, fire, and reassign. There is no Ministry or State Department that is more important than the other if your motivation is service to the people of Kenya. But, if your motivation is extortion or deals in Government, you will find that one particular State Department is better than the Ministry you are currently serving in. Hon. Speaker, with those many remarks, because I can see we have good numbers, I beg to reply and ask this House to approve these nominees to go forth and serve the people of Kenya. I want to believe that as they committed to the people of Kenya during their vetting process, they will serve with diligence and integrity to improve the lot of all Kenyans and improve our economy through the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
