It seems like we are being taken back to something that you had made a ruling on. Up to now, this House has done exemplary well in executing its duties and mandate. Now we have been taken back. I think the ruling itself is not in good faith. I looked at the ruling and one thing that I picked is the issue that the electorates determined who the Leader of the Majority Party is."
