I must say that in the spirit of separation of powers, whatever we decide on the plenary is unanimously decided by the Speaker of the National Assembly. In the recent past, the Judiciary has had its own share of problems and it could now be diverting focus and attention to Parliament. Why was this particular judgement made two and a half years after elections? What is their intention?"
