It has been written to you requesting for your resignation following the judgment or the ruling on this case. Nowhere does the ruling state that the Speaker shall resign. Secondly, the Member of Parliament who has written this letter is the Member for Starehe, who is also the Member who hosts Parliament. This House is hosted in Starehe Constituency. The Member rarely speaks in this Parliament. He is rarely in this Parliament and the only time he comes close to the precincts of Parliament is when he is at the bar.
