    "content": "The Judiciary delayed this ruling for two years, and as they say, justice delayed is justice denied. That does not mean the ruling is spot on. The separation of powers in our Constitution is a critical principle that underpins how the three Arms of Government should operate and function. If you refer to the Registrar of Political Parties, you will get the results of the membership within coalitions. This will give you a straight answer on which side is the majority in this House. I am sure this is not a difficult ruling. You will be able to retreat and come up with an answer guided by the Registrar of Political Parties. I am sure the results will show that the Kenya Kwanza Coalition is the Majority Party in this House. Therefore, we stand to appoint the Leader of the Majority Party."
