    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Mine is a point of order on a matter of decorum in the House. I was scrolling my phone on what is going on and I saw Hon. Salasya, the Member for Mumias East, livestreaming the proceedings of the House and recording himself from his seat at the back. The House and the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) have given us live coverage on national television. We cannot belittle the work of this House through such uncouth methods as recording on your phone and livestreaming what is going on in the House and saying very unpalatable things on live media. I request that you ask him to delete those things and apologise to the House."
