    "content": " The ruling of the High Court has been overtaken by events because it took almost three years. The case was filed under a certificate of urgency. The three-judge bench should have acted very quickly and given their ruling immediately. It is not stated anywhere that the Speaker cannot hold a political office. Hon. Speaker, make a ruling on the Majority and Minority parties. There is very little difference in terms of work and salaries. People are aligning themselves politically for the next general elections. I plead with the Members of this House to consider that time is of the essence and we are almost headed to elections. The Majority and Minority sides should remain as they are.
