    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I know you understand the law. In this House, not all of us are lawyers or competent to critic the rulings of the Court. You have been in the Courts and you know that if anybody is in doubt of court orders, he or she should seek an appeal. If you are not in doubt, then implement it. Each one of us here is trying to debate and say what they want. Some of us are not competent to talk about the rulings. We are going nowhere. Hon. Caroli Omondi was very clear on what was supposed to be done for us to resolve this issue. Anybody who is aggrieved will always go to the Court of Appeal."
