    "content": "I sympathise with President Kibaki because these Ministers are supposed to be his advisors. The kind of arguments raised by Mr. Wetangula and Mr. Poghisio clearly indicate that they do not have the capacity, at least on this one, to advise President Kibaki who is ahead of them. While presiding over a passing out parade, President Kibaki acknowledged the power of this Motion and said that he will use all that is at his disposal, which includes diplomacy and the military of the Republic of Kenya."
