    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the proposed names to the SBC. My plea to them would be as Sen. Mungatana has requested, that Bills from the Senate be prioritised, particularly the Bills that are touching the lives of the people of Kenya. I am pushing for the Free Sanitary Towels Bill. I believe after two years of it being in the process of Parliament, I hope that it will be considered by the SBC. I also want to add that if no one is interested in taking up the position of the Senate Minority Whip, I am able, willing and already sitting here on this chair. So, I can assist them. I thank you."
