I thank the former Chief Whip, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, for being so gracious by accepting, walking away and sitting in an undisclosed location. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I support this Motion, allow me to begin by condemning the utterances by the Governor of Nyeri County, Hon. Mutahi Kahiga. He insulted my community and called them people who walk without underwear. That is completely uncouth and uncalled for. Governor--- What is his name?"
