I quote Standing Order No.111 (2) and (3). “A Motion for limitation of debate under this Standing Order may be made without notice.” “A Motion under paragraph (2) shall not be made in the course of the debate to which it refers unless it is moved after the adjournment of such debate and before the debate is resumed.”"
