    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, my Chair of County Public Accounts Committee (CPAC) and my Majority Leader are here, I appeal to them as per the court ruling that most CPAC reports and County Public Investment Committee (CPIC) should be considered by March. We need to move faster so as to ensure we do not offend the timelines set by law. With those remarks, I leave it there.
