Speaker, before we took a break for recess, you gave instructions that the first thing which should be done when we come back is for the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health to report on the status of the last expense and death gratuity payment to the survivors and beneficiaries of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) and Public Service Remuneration Scheme. I brought up this matter about three times. The Departmental Committee on Health failed to give a statement as far as this issue is concerned. You gave a directive that when we come back, the first thing for the Chairman would be to report on this matter. From the look of things, we are starting business without the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health giving the status on this issue."
