"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this very important Motion. Members need to know when we are proceeding on recess and when we are coming back to the House so that we can plan appropriately to be in our constituencies. Hon. Owen Baya, my very good friend, attempted to say Hon. Murugara is in good standing. I do not know if he meant he is in good standing in this House. All Members in this House are in good standing unless he wants to talk about the legal profession. It is true that Hon. Murugara is in good standing, and that is why he has a practising certificate.
