    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what the Senate Majority Whip is trying to communicate is that we had a way forward and we discussed, so that we do not have to reinvent the wheel and vote 10 times. Before the Committee looks at this, we can decide whether the two sides can appoint other Members to work together with the Committee, so that this issue of the revenue formula is dealt with, instead of leaving that work to be done by the committee alone. I think that is the message he was trying to convey because we agreed on the way forward during our retreat."
