    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I hear what my colleagues are saying. The problem here is because we had a chance to see this document before it was formally committed to the House. Therefore, that opportunity should just inform our interaction with the document when it is properly before the Senate. Since the document is before us, let the committee take hold of it. All of us are friends of that committee because we have an interest in the matter. In fact, without going into the debate on that document, I would be hesitant to have a situation where a few Senators are appointed to sit with the Senate Committee on Finance and Budget. I would rather that matter is open to every Member and we do it here on the Floor of the House, so that everybody makes an input into that document. I submit."
