    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this chance to second this Motion. It is a very important Motion, especially when we consider the present moment in this country. We should have been a middle income country by now. We failed to arrive at that place. This is because we failed to recognize the fact that development is not an accident. Industrialization is not an accident. It has to be a concerted effort. It needs leadership. In our case, the Cabinet is supposed to lead that."
