    "content": "(1) Disclose the names and credentials of suppliers contracted by the Ministry of Health under the NESP to supply and lease medical equipment to county public health facilities, explaining how the said suppliers were selected. (2) Provide a detailed schedule of payment made by each of the county government under NESP in the 2024/2025 Financial Year, highlighting any deductions made directly from the county government equitable share of revenue raised nationally, if any. (3) Explain the role of the respective county governments and the Council of Governors (CoG) in the negotiation and execution of the agreement under NESP, outlining the steps taken to ensure strict compliance with public procurement laws. (4) Explain the role of the state measures put in place to ensure the supply of medical equipment meets the required standards and are appropriately utilised once delivered to the health facilities. (5) Outline measures put in place to ensure that the agreements for supply and lease of medical equipment are financially sustainable for county governments in the long term.
