    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, what I have noticed with a number of our colleagues is that once somebody becomes a Minister, he assumes that he knows it all. That is the biggest problem. We have seen some of our juniors even in school being made Ministers and they think they are now more senior than us. So, the matter addressed in this Motion should be mandatory. In fact, this should be done the same way it was sometime back, when it was compulsory for anybody joining the university to go through"
