Therefore, most of this civic education awareness was financed by Non- Governmental Organisations (NGOs). I am happy that now we have a structure for engaging. Whenever public participation is done in Longisa, let us list the names of the participants. Section 87 of the County Governments Act on public participation has a critical component. I am happy Senator Okenyuri is proposing something. She is giving life to article 10 on principles of good governance and national values.
