    "content": "(4) Consequently, the petitioner prays that the Senate- (i) intervenes and investigates the matter with a view to ensure that the residents of the area residents are adequately compensated; (ii) inquires into the matter and makes appropriate recommendations on the irregular transactions on LR No.12924 submitted in Mwatate Constituency; (iii) inquires into the matter and makes legislative interventions relating to the land transfer and acquisition processes to ensure that innocent Kenyans are protected; (iv) takes any other appropriate action it deems fit to resolve the matters raised herein.
