    "content": "Hon. Senators, we have another visiting delegation of visiting lecturers and students from the Kenya Medical Training College, (KMTC), Imenti Campus in Meru County. Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Public Gallery this afternoon of visiting lecturers and students from the KMTC, Imenti Campus in Meru County. The delegation comprises one lecturer and 25 students who are in the Senate for a one-day academic exposition. In our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them and on behalf of the Senate and on my own behalf, wish them a fruitful visit. Thank you. Hon. Senators, this is a campus in Meru County, South Imenti Constituency, which I was the Member of Parliament. I am very proud because I am the one who started this campus two or three years ago. I really want to welcome these students and wish them well. However, I will let my neighbor Senator, Sen. Kinyua, to do it better for me from there. I will give you two minutes because of the advantage I have of sitting here."
