    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me say that it was very unfortunate that 7,000 vehicles, which were randomly tested, were found to have been fitted with the Track-It gadget. One of the vehicles belonged to my colleague, Mr. Mbugua, and they found those gadgets in his car. So, if there is anything which we think is not correct, I would urge hon. Members to come out openly in order for us to investigate straightaway, so that we can arrest the culprits."
