On the licensing part, the national Government, through their directors who do nothing, has decided to delegate the responsibility to the County Committee on Mining to give licences to the miners. Shockingly, they even do not give the licences to the miners, but to the buyers. Let them do their work and give the miners the licences so that it can be a win-win situation. Thank you, Hon.
