    "content": "The new KCC is making good progress. We hope that it would be privatized soon. I hope the Government will allow farmers who lost money in the past to buy the new KCC. It should not be sold to rich individuals. It should be sold to co-operatives who suffered the loss. I hope this will happen. This is the advice I would like to give to farmers. They should lobby to buy it."
