Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation concerning dangers posed by a black spot at Josa along Mwatate-Wundanyi Road in Taita-Taveta County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) State the number of road accidents that have happened along the Mwatate- Wundanyi Road at Josa, particularly at the section of the road commonly known as The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Director, Hansard and AudioServices, Senate."
