    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, on a point of information. The issue of Janjaweed started in 2003, and by 2013, the Janjaweed created an offshoot called Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Consequently, when you refer to RSF and Janjaweed, they are of the same family, but different species, if you did biology. People who did Biology are brilliant like us who went to Kapsabet Boys High School, which has produced two presidents, Moi and Ruto, then you are able to understand. The issue should be, if RSF is in Nairobi, is it the same as Janjaweed in Nairobi? That can be left to the jury to decide. I thank you."
