"content": "Standing Order No.101 talks about throwing aspersions at Members. It also talks about what can be considered abusive or insulting language. If you read Standing Order No.101(3), you will find what the Standing Order guides on this. Madam Temporary Speaker, there is what we call Syntax in language with which the Senator of Kakamega has implied that I am ignorant on these issues. I find the word ‘ignorant’ insulting. Secondly, he has also implied that I am not comfortable with the truth that the Senator of Busia wanted to bring in the House and he is still bringing in the House. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Director, Hansard and AudioServices, Senate."
