    "content": "(a) The requirements for converting a public day school into a boarding school are as follows: - (i) Adequate land which should be, at least, five acres and above, minutes of the School Management Committee (SMC) and parents or stakeholders recommending the conversion of the school into a boarding school, site layout of the school drawn by a physical planner and availability of infrastructure like dormitories, kitchen and dining hall and adequate sanitary facilities."
