    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish to thank the Minister for Education for the detailed explanation on what is required to convert a public day school into a public boarding school. In his answer to part “a” of the Question, the Minister has said that, at least, five acres of land are required for a boarding school. I wish to inform the Minister that according to the said explanation, there are schools in Mombasa that have been converted into boarding schools and yet, they do have the five acres of land."
