    "content": "Very quickly, I can do so. This will come out very clear when the statement I have will be given a chance on the Floor of the House because a lot of money was used. Even hon. Raila is on record saying that the taxpayers’ money was used to campaign for him. We do not have a kitty to campaign for anyone running for any seat and it was not budgeted for. If that is not looting, I do not know what we should call it. Allow that I ask the same question that was asked by the Member of Parliament for Juja because they used a lot of money. Instead of substantiating and stating the amount used, they arrested him. After taking him to court, they produced a different charge sheet from what they had arrested him for. So, you can see they are trying to hide. They do not want Kenyans to know how much money was used. That will come out clearly when I table my statement. Let me finish by saying that---"
