    "content": "Hon. Members, I have two Communications to make. The first one is an update on the reconstitution of lapsed committees. I have been notified by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party that the Committee on Selection is yet to conclude the nomination of Members to the lapsed committees. Further, the leaders note that consultations are ongoing and will be concluded soon to allow for the reconstitution of the specified committees. Hon. Members, noting that the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) and the Medium- Term Debt Strategy (MTDS), which was laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 13th February 2025, has specified timelines, I direct that awaiting the reconstitution of committees, the BPS be processed by the Liaison Committee. Similarly, noting that Supplementary Estimates II, for the Financial Year 2024/2025 has just been laid on the Table of the House, I also refer the same to the Liaison Committee for processing. I thank you."
