    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Let me also take this opportunity to condole with the families of our two colleagues, the late Hon. William Cheptumo, the Baringo Senator, and the late Hon. Injendi, the Member for Malava Constituency. I would like to extend my condolences on behalf of the people of Nyamira and on my own behalf. Secondly, I would like to pay a special tribute to the late Mwalimu Johnson Nzioka, because he taught me mathematics in Donholm Primary in Class 5. He was also our Head teacher before I left. He had been the Head teacher there for more than 24 years. I would just like to send a special tribute to his family, all the teachers, KEPSHA, and the community and families of Donholm Primary because that is a community primary school in Embakasi East Constituency. I pass my sincere condolences to all the three families. I thank you."
