    "content": "Development Authority, the Lake Basin Development Authority, and the Coast Development Authority, dissolve through discussions within the Cabinet. However, those of us in ASAL areas saw that the Regional Development Authorities (RDAs) were doing things which the counties were not doing. Therefore, even if we do away with RDAs, that money will revert to the Consolidated Fund instead of going to the counties. For that reason, we will indulge our colleagues in this House. Let us be magnanimous and think outside the box. For us to have one nation and one people, there must be some form of equity, so that we can move along as a people and as a country."
