    "content": "Members representing marginalised groups like women and other groups yet they are not included in the list of people who can have a say on projects undertaken by the Fund. I wonder how those other basic services will be remembered if those people are not put in this category. An office that represents marginalised groups will bring issues that touch on the marginalised people they represent when it sits in a board or committee. I have a problem with that."
