There is still need for us to review the Bill and see how best it can serve our communities and bring the transformation that we imagined. I want to thank our President because he has a transformative agenda that has the potential to transform the entire country and revive the economy of the different counties. Not unless we are dedicated, passionate and bold enough to do things that have never been done in the past, we will not bring the anticipated transformation. I support this Bill and believe that through this Fund, marginalised areas will benefit."
