    "content": " Thank you. Actually, I was concluding on the sunset clause. When it comes to the Third Reading, it is my view that we push an amendment that we entirely do away with this sunset clause because the rest of the country that the marginalised groups are being made to catch up with did not wait for 20 years to be equalised. I do not see why marginalised groups should be subjected to the sunset clause of 20 years. We can do away with it and perhaps come up with some regulations of phasing out once we believe equalisation has happened to certain parameters."
