He may be right to the extent that the southern part, which borders Mwingi, is dry, semi-arid, and marginalised. But there is a better part towards Meru, which possibly he has not visited. That does not negate what he says. However, I confirm that it was the situation in 2008. The situation is not as bad today; it is good. Therefore, that graphic description may not apply today."
