I would like the Minister to clarify, given that the National Accord provides for the process by which one becomes a Prime Minister, that he commands the largest number of Members in the House. We know, we have two coalition partners; ODM and PNU. However, we also know that those major parties have their own coalitions. What instruments are provided to demonstrate the exact number of Members, considering the inter-party coalitions?"
