Bady Twalib, Member for Jomvu Constituency said, there are other communities that are also marginalised. We have a definition of a marginalised community. There are two definitions here. I am missing the benefit of a definition of a marginalised area in the Constitution. But there are two definitions of a marginalised community and a marginalised group. But in this case, I will go by the marginalised community.
