"content": "scouting movement? Are we supporting the Kenya Scouting Association as we should? Are we taking them to task on how to develop scouting in this country? Those are the issues that shall be discussed this weekend as we seek to bring back the former lost glory into scouting. We also call upon the House to take its rightful place in the oversight of the scouting activities in this country. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I thank you very much for giving me this opportunity. I welcome everybody to Founders Day of the Scouting Movement in Nyeri, the capital city of scouting in the entire world.
