    "content": "This is very important. It will put an end to the casual way in which the county governments have been running their affairs. It will now be well aligned with the law. In conclusion, this Bill contributes largely to the development of this country in the finance sector. It also contributes towards realigning the funds that come through provisions that are being introduced in the Finance Bill. I, therefore, urge the Members to support this Bill as it is. Hon.
